Native of one of the most beautiful regions of French-speaking Switzerland (Suisse Riviera - Montreux), I had the chance to live and share with my parents and my grandfather the passion of the hotel restaurant & hospitality business.

For almost 35 years I had the opportunity to travel and work for the largest hotel companies, but also for smaller, more national ones. now, I have the pleasure of transmitting my passion, that of the hotel industry and more specifically that of the independence of our establishments
